You may notice that Kerri may appear on other agency websites, at their open homes etc on the odd occasion. This is because sometimes when operating a real estate business, agencies may need to engage additional agents to help service their clients. It's not an industry where someone can just walk in off the street and help. It takes many, many years of experience to know the industry well and be able to service customers in the way they deserve to be. This is where Kerri sometimes steps in...and though still an Independent agent, she does contract to other agencies if needed...but only to reputable agencies of course and only when time allows and it won't impact on her own loyal clients. Despite what it seems, some agents (especially the old school) have a certain amount of trust between them and this arrangement can work well.
Ultimately though, Kerri's focus is on you and your property. When selling or buying with Kerri Smith Properties you receive the personal touch and commitment that comes with working with an Independent agency.
